殷赏（毛舜筠 饰）曾经和杂志社的主管贾素珊（金燕玲 饰）有过一段并不愉快的过去，如今，殷赏成为了杂志社的主编，这让两人的关系产生了巨大的转变。闫汝大（欧锦棠 饰）是殷赏的前夫，两人尽管在感情上有缘无分，却在事业上藕断丝连。与此同时，闫汝大亦要同诡计多端的妹妹王丽薇（郭少芸 饰）斗智斗勇。 一场意外中，闫汝大的好友余家升（黎耀祥 饰）不幸失忆，王丽薇得知此事，将失忆的余家升收入了麾下，这让她同闫汝大之间的斗争变得更加激烈起来，亦将闫汝大置于了两难的境地之中。随着时间的推移，余家升竟然对殷赏渐生情愫，而殷赏和闫汝大之间的故事却还并没有结束。。Qwerty is a film about lonely concepts of people and their quirky exploits.
