These encounters b...。1979年，自学成才的汉族青年柳新泉被分到县农科所工作，因未得到重视，临时在伙房做饭。一天，农科所长接到喜鹊岭茶园虫灾严重．要求派技术员的紧急电话，但所里的技术员都出差了，所长派不出人，便想到柳新泉曾写出了颇有水平的《茶病防虫》论文，决定派他去茶园。喜鹊岭畲家姑娘笑妹和姐妹们，按照畲族的风俗，抬着轿兜到半山腰去迎接县里派的柳技术员。粗心的笑妹，错把县茶叶公司的司机小刘当“小柳”，抬回村里。小柳因人地生疏，走错了路，被枫林岙生产队留下了……。周星星是飞虎队队长，奉命以卧底的身份到圣育强中学寻找警司于参观时被窃的配枪。周星星就算百般无奈还是接受了任务。他很快适应了学校的生活，功夫高强的他也受到了学校众多学生的拥戴，周星星也顺势调查失枪案件。警队的另一位卧底曹达华也参与了这个案件，最后也与同学一起合力，帮助周星星破获一踪大型军火贩卖案件。。
