A mommy pheasant and 9 chicks have a warm spring day. But their happiness doesn’t last long. A mountain fire destroys the forest and the animals make effort to escape but it’s no use in the ring of fire. In a life and death situation, mommy pheasant sacrifices herself to save the 9 chicks.。千百年前，神州大地遍布着天地灵气，而能够驱使灵气为己所用的便是驱魔师，他们的使命便是制止千年一现世的天魔为祸人间。然而汉代却发生了天地灵气一夜之间消失殆尽的惨剧，史称“万法归寂”，失去了力量的驱魔师们也逐渐退出了人们的视野。秦晋割据时期战火不断，枉死者的怨气成为了天魔复生的原料；为阻止它的阴谋，世间最后一位大驱魔师陈星带着寄宿在他三魂七魄中的宝物“心灯”踏上旅程，前往襄阳城寻找命中注定将与他共同携手驱魔的护法武神——项述。。
