《青春飞一般》是一档由湖南卫视、芒果TV双平台推出的体育实况纪实节目。节目通过举行九场推广赛，在各行各业人士里找到九位最有价值飞盘手，最终与飞盘国家队进行正式交流赛，达到普及飞盘运动和倡导全民健身的目的。。Mike and Heather's father die and they go to his favorite spot to spread his ashes. A cabin in the secluded woods. They are joined by some friends as they go for what is supposed to be somewhat of a holiday.
