剧情简介
1950年代，合作化时期。复员军人刘杰（张子良 饰）回乡后与贫雇农办起农业社，走集体化道路，不料被县委书记安振邦（范莱 饰）指责为无组织无纪律，刘杰很是苦恼。身为村长的王金魁（仲星火 饰）不顾广大贫雇农利益，一心考虑个人发家致富，他拉拢一帮实力雄厚的富裕中农办起另一个农业社，跟刘杰的穷社唱起了对台戏。团支书杨依兰（王云霞 饰）非常看不惯村长的嫌贫爱富，她坚定地站在刘杰一边。刘杰针对当时农村出现的情况，决心写信向党中央反映，他的想法得到贫雇农的支持，收到信后中央非常重视，特委派副省长（于飞 饰）深入基层调查处理。结果，犯严重官僚主义错误的安振邦受到严厉批评......。From the harsh, nomadic life on the tundra to an uncertain future with five children.
