薛家强完成三年卧底任务后，回港开设沐足店，继续收集情报。刑事情报科总督察章纪孜怀疑卓凯出狱后投入黑道，对他进行全面监视。家强与卓凯卷入器官贩卖案，联同女卧底窦亚希及保安局调查官韦作荣，合力捣破涉案集团。保安局及后新设安全情报机构，并邀得徐天堂加入，接管刑事情报科的工作。覃欢喜逃过一死后，暗中调查某社团的秘密。神秘社团原来由长兴已故龙头魏德信的弟弟魏德礼创立，他还设下布局，对家强、卓凯等展开报复。。Two scientists are attempting to distribute the cure for a demon virus that is affecting people all over Japan, however, things have become complicated.
