本片讲的是一个青春小团体成长的故事，有三个主角：悉达多、萨姆和娜塔拉。悉达多和萨姆是16年的发小，同时爱上了美丽的娜塔拉，演绎了一段笑中含泪的爱恨情仇故事，爱情和友情都面临考验。“友情就像牛仔裤，越陈旧，越合身”，影片通过这个理念，呼吁人们回归自然、传统、亲情、爱情和友情。。在电影发布会上，萨达西万指出，这个故事“植根于喀拉拉邦的黑暗时代”。 这部电影计划以五种印度语言同时发行。 马拉雅拉姆语小说家T.
