少林习武归来的方世玉(王昭饰)，本打算过平常人的生活，但刚回到家乡肇庆便牵扯到一桩贪腐案中。朝廷贪官的爪牙鄂尔多(一龙饰)带队杀人灭口并企图销毁证据，面对好友周蓉(侍宣如饰)的惨死，母亲苗翠花(刘玉翠饰)被擒为人质，方世玉面无惧色，与雷婷婷(彭渤饰)决意反抗到底......。四人将参加的铁人三项比赛，涉及游泳、自行车、马拉松等不间断比赛，是一项需要极高体力和极强耐心的项目。四人的挑战和热情将通过节目来传达。。The film follows the title character (Jonigkeit) as he navigates his search for a moral center, after an act of compassion upends his life.
