Two college freshmen pull a "Turkey Dump" and break up with their high school sweethearts over "Drunksgiving" - the one chaotic night before Thanksgiving in their hometown that puts their codependent friendship to the test.。本片讲述了语嫣、张天武两个原本都身患疾病的两个病人在偶然的机会下彼此认识，在此过程中，两人从开始的相互利用、条件互换逐步发展到真心相恋、相互鼓励、彼此共勉、一起抵抗病魔，虽然偶尔有争吵，相互也抱怨过，但两人都始终坚持不移的选择彼此。。
