In 1965, Bob Crane, who had achieved some earlier success as a television supporting actor, was working as a successful morning radio DJ at KNX Los Angeles. Despite enjoying his work, photography (especially of the female form) and drumming, Crane wanted to be a movie star. So it was with some reluctance that he accepted the title starring role in a new television sitcom called...。阎罗（陈泰鸣）与念奴（向云）原为情侣，却因水神和火神的破坏而各分东西。阎求告无门犯下错事而被罚入地府受刑。在地狱与奴重逢，唯奴已嫁作鬼王之妻，只是身怀阎罗骨肉，暗中设计把孩子送至人间，却引起鬼王大怒，从此与阎势不两立。。
