剧情简介
Joe is an Alien on Earth. At least that is what his father told him before he died when Joe was eleven. He finds it difficult to adjust, and to find a compatible girl friend。本片以内蒙古红会原会长云曙碧的事迹为原型，20年来，她通过国际红十字会组织和中国红字会，从国内外募集了价值2亿多元人民币的救灾款物，用于灾民。用自己的工资和儿女孝敬她的钱救济贫困学生和贫困农牧民……。
