It was a fateful coincidence that in 2014, just when the Allard Pierson Museum in Amsterdam was staging an exhibition of Crimean artworks, Russia annexed the region. So now the question arises of who should the artworks be returned to? To the museums in Crimea who had been so kind as to loan them out? Or to Ukraine, perhaps, the country Crimea belonged to before the annexation?...。阔别祖国三十五年的乌拉尼亚回到了故乡多米尼加共和国。三十五年前整个多米尼加共和国处于冷血独裁者特鲁希略的统治下，乌拉尼亚的父亲凯布尔正是这位独裁者的得力助手。三十五年后，凯布勒尔已老，他行动不便更是丧失了语言功能。乌拉尼亚的姑妈不能理解为何乌拉尼亚从不曾探望自己父亲，面对质问，乌拉尼亚缓缓诉说起三十多年前那些美好的回忆，那些政治阴谋，还有那个毁了她一生的秘密……。
