民国初年，冀鲁平原。长工梁宝成（杨在葆 饰）在龙潭街组织佃户大闹元宵节，遭到地主贾保轩（李纬 饰）残害，儿子梁永生（潘军 饰）被迫远走他乡。20年后，己经和翠华（史淑桂 饰）成亲的梁永生（杨在葆 饰）回到家乡宁安寨。家乡依旧豺狼挡道，欲报家仇的梁永生再次遭到保安队的镇压，只得携妻儿逃离故土。历经千难万险，他终于找到穷人的队伍——八路军。参加革命后，他被派回宁安寨，但任临河区区长，他以临河区人民政府名义发布公告，责令贾玉圭（李纬 饰）等地主阶级执行抗日救国十大纲领，交纳救国公粮，并实行“二五”减租，减轻农民负担。贾玉圭和据点日寇石黑（虞桂春 饰）相勾结，妄图对我根据地军民进行反扑......。After his cousin is shot and killed by a white police officer in Chicago and Black Lives Matter protests spread across the city, a black inner city teen desperately fights for a way out of the most notorious murder capital of America.。Plot Summary for O Que É Isso, Companheiro?
