陈黛和妹妹陈夏从小分离，十八年后，陈黛以为自己终于找到了亲妹妹，但其实她找到的是冒充陈夏身份的白青青。为陈夏伸冤的许铭还在白青青的挑唆下被陈黛误会，许铭也差点遭遇不测，幸好陈黛及时发现真相，惩治了恶人，也找到了自己的亲妹妹。。This film recounts the lives and deaths of various victims of AIDS who are commemorated in the AIDS quilt. It is a massive cloth collecting each piece as a memorial for each victim of the disease to both show the death toll and to show the humanity of the victims to those who would rather demonize them.。
