《爆裂都市》讲述一个荒芜的未来世界，遍布高速公路和废墟的东京。一群粗暴的朋克乐队成员，连同他们的歌迷聚在一起抗议政府建设核电站，防暴警察和工厂主的黑社会同伙很快对他们进行驱赶。然而，两个身穿铠甲、骑着摩托车的神秘人的到来，以及在核电站建设人员中爆发的骚动造成一个逐渐失控的局面。。刚刚回归祖国的香港，经济时局不断转变，黑帮势力也在默默转型，正一步一步把香港变成国际犯罪之都。。Norman, a retired police officer, works as a night security guard in a building. One evening, he surprised Nathalie and Guylain committing a robbery and, after a chase in the building, they manage to escape. Curiously, Nathalie returns to visit Normand a few weeks later asking him for refuge. A special relationship between the two develops and changes the course of their lives....。
