动物园里望着红毛猩猩的中年工薪族犬养草介（三宅弘城），感怀着自己被年轻上司训斥的悲惨生活，突然听到身后传来一个声音，神明（竹中直人）现身告诉他，这雄性红毛猩猩的生活状态，其实跟他的上司有异曲同工之憾……。Four egocentric friends who run a neighborhood Irish pub in Philadelphia try to find their way through the adult world of work and relations hips.
