王初一与刘十五马上要结为儿女亲家,却因为药材联合社诚信经营的事儿剑拔弩张。十五的毁约令初一损失惨重,赔款、退婚、上门女婿也趁机闹起了分家。而十五也没想到一时的见利忘义竟引得妻离女散,两家自此反目。离婚后的十五另立山头,与初一正面交锋,药王村随之掀起一场轩然大波。初一刚要应战不料也后方吃紧:儿子大力要带十五女儿姗姗进城创业;年轻时的恋人如梦讨债上门,自己纠缠在两个女人之间焦头烂额。而笃信在商言商的十五也遇到了大麻烦,险些被不讲诚信的合伙人坑得倾家荡产。危难之时初一伸出援手,十五汗颜。大力、姗姗的婚礼如期举行。一对老冤家也冰释前嫌,药王村一副花繁叶茂的绚丽图景跃然眼前 @2020看剧网。The subtitle of Jean-Marie Straub and Danièle Huillet’s first feature, from 1965, “Only Violence Helps Where Violence Reigns,” suggests the fierce political program evoked by their rigorous aesthetic. The pretext of the film, set in Cologne, is Heinrich Böll’s novel “Billiards at Half Past Nine,” which they strip down to a handful of stark events and film with a confrontational angularity akin to Bartók’s music that adorns the soundtrack. The subtlest of cues accompany the story’s complex flashbacks. The middle-aged Robert Fähmel tells a young hotel bellhop of persecutions under the Third Reich| his elderly father, Heinrich, an architect famed for a local abbey, recalls the militarism of the First World War, when his wife, Johanna, incurred trouble for insulting the Kaiser. A third-generation Fähmel is considering architecture, just as the exiled brother of Robert’s late wife, returns, only to be met by their former torturer, now a West German official taking part in a celebratory parade of war veterans. Straub and Huillet make the layers of history live in the present tense, which they judge severely. The tamped-down acting and the spare, tense visual rhetoric suggest a state of moral crisis as well as the response—as much in style as in substance—that it demands.。
