远古时期有个地方叫如意潭，如意潭住着奉上天旨意驻守在此处的黑龙，专门负责行云降雨，以保百姓风调雨顺，五谷丰登，然而白龙私自下凡破坏如意潭并且栽赃给黑龙，理由是黑龙管理不善，如意潭村民贪婪的对大自然索取，导致环境遭到了严重的破坏，天公大怒，下了一道符将掌管此处的天神黑龙镇压在如意山下，要等到300年后黑龙转世，才能解除符咒，重归太平，为求得黑龙转世之人早日降临解除灾难，如意潭的村民在村长的带领下为了保护环境拿起手中的武器与邪恶势力勇于斗争，最终在神龙转世之人武小雨和千年人参化身灵儿的帮助下获得胜利···。Love and desire fill the minds of villagers in a Hungarian speaking village in Transylvania, Romania, even in their old age.
