許多外國移民都會來到一家五金店前排隊，只為了替一些未曾謀面的人工作，賺取微薄的生活費。其中有些沒有工作簽證的人被誘拐到莉絲羅德斯家中工作，他們萬萬沒想到在前面等待的是可怕的命運。。When the Viking space capsule suddenly returns to Earth from its long ago trip to Mars, it brings with it an intelligent visitor that is part "Alien" and part "ET".
