Follows the boundary-pushing Rubinstein as she selects Ravel to compose the music for her next ballet and requests something bold and sensual. Ravel finds himself incapable of writing anything, but in the process of reliving his memories, facing his old loves and failures, the composer ends up creating his greatest success ever: Boléro。故事以前作《科学小飞侠Crowds》的后续剧情展开。距离“立川事件”已经过了一年，当初贝尔库·卡切赋予尔乃美家累的力量“CROWDS”在日本首相菅山的推广之下已在人类社会当中广泛普及。然而仍然存在着对此感到不满的人们，此时菅山遭到不明人士的袭击，GATCHAMAN的全新战斗就此揭开序幕。。
