每期选择中外8个左右选手，涵盖技能、体能、脑力等多个项目的极致挑战。节目在展示这些选手挑战各种不可能的任务和故事的同时，重点展现"挑战自我"和"认识自我"。共11期，前十期为晋级赛，最后一期为决赛盛典。。Architect Peter Ibbetson is hired by the Duke of Towers to design a building for him. Ibbetson discovers that the Duchess of Towers, Mary, is his now-grown childhood sweetheart. Their love revives, but Peter is sentenced to life in prison for an accidental killing. Mary comes to him in dreams and they are able to live out their romance in a dream world.。
