What if a web cast, LIVE on Halloween, turned out to be a real life survival game? What if the people hunting them are a rogue military? With all of technology taken away from the the young adults to slow down any rescue team...。故事发生在繁华的首都背景，珍珍（邝平饰）开了一家美发店，请来了名叫阿明（尹国华饰）的理发师傅，两人准备好好的经营这间美发店。当地还有另一家美发店，叫做美美发屋，美美发屋的股东蔡祥曾经是珍珍的恋人，却因为他的出轨而导致了这段感情的破裂。如今，昔日的情人变成了竞争对手，一时之间，街上的气氛十分的紧张。 美美店里的理发师名叫于乐，阿明凭借着好手艺很快就在这条街上火了起来，这让于乐感到十分不爽，于是找阿明约架，而美美发屋的老板大勇也参与了他们之间的纠纷。随着时间的流逝，阿明和珍珍之间的感情逐渐明晰。。讲述滨海市公安局反电信诈骗小组警官鲍小芙与邓超，从一件网络明星遭电信诈骗案中发现蛛丝马迹，进而端掉了以梅前锋为首的本市最大电信诈骗团伙。。
