Jack is seen in all seasons, surviving frugally, passing the time with strange projects, living the radical dream he had as a younger man, a dream he spent two years ...。活了300岁的小吸血鬼，年纪永远定格在10岁。在鬼屋里长大的他，唯一的梦想就是去上学交朋友。可是，爸爸妈妈竟然不允许他出门！无奈之下，他只好晚上偷偷溜去学校，误打误撞竟与小男孩迈克尔成为了好朋友。就在这时，一只捕食吸血鬼的恶魔却悄无声息地盯上了他们……。「おいしい給食」は、給食マニアの教師・甘利田幸男と生徒の神野ゴウによる“どちらが給食をおいしく食べるか”の闘いを描く学園グルメコメディ。劇場版第2弾となる本作では、ゴウの卒業によって長く続いた給食バトルに終止符を打つまでが描かれる。。
