The movie explores the power of prevention| why bad genes are not your destin...。一群疯狂的科学家，为了自己的梦想，研制出一套只需要少许基因便可复制出宠物小精灵的机器，并把发掘到的世界最强宠物小精灵——梦幻的睫毛，复制成了拥有比梦幻更强能力的——超梦。但当超梦醒来后，却因无法找寻到真正的自我而暴走，将岛屿上的研究所夷为平地。 这时候，火箭队的老大出现在超梦的面前，用花言巧语把迷失自我的超梦拉拢过来为自己办事，但没过多少时间，超梦再次对自我感到迷茫，也彻底对利用他的人类感到失望，爆炸在火箭队老大基地又一次出现，超梦也离去了，回到那个复制它的岛屿，决定开始它的复仇之战。 另一方，正在草原野餐的小智一行，也迎来了他们新的故事……。
